Refund policy

VastraGyan sells digital products (PDF guides) delivered electronically and available to download immediately after successful payment. Because digital goods can be accessed and copied the moment they are delivered, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been downloaded. This applies to every guide we sell: the Style Optimization Guide, The Color Combination Bible, Corporate Mafia, The Complete System and the Everything bundle.

Exceptions. We will issue a full refund if (a) you were charged more than once for the same order, (b) payment was deducted but you did not receive a working download link within 24 hours, or (c) the file you received is corrupted or will not open and we cannot fix this by re-sending it.

How to request a refund. Email rishabhrai@vastragyaan.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
