How do I get my guide after I pay?
Instantly. VastraGyan sells digital PDF guides only, so there's no shipping. As soon as your payment is confirmed you'll see a download link on the order confirmation page, and a copy lands in your inbox within minutes.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, all major debit and credit cards, net banking and popular wallets, processed securely by Cashfree.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
No. Every guide is a digital download delivered instantly, so Cash on Delivery doesn't apply.
I paid but didn't get my download link. What now?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. Still nothing after 24 hours? Email rishabhrai@vastragyaan.com with your order number and we'll resend it right away.
Can I get a refund?
Because the guides are digital and available the moment you pay, we don't offer refunds once a guide has been downloaded. We refund in full if you were charged twice, didn't receive a working download link within 24 hours, or received a file that won't open and we can't fix by re-sending it. Email rishabhrai@vastragyaan.com within 7 days of purchase. See our refund policy.
